LANGUAGE:
1. Day 2 of Reading Comprehension - posted on Google Classroom for you!
2. Words Their Way: Blind Sort - Do you remember how to do this?
- Print your words and cut them out, or write your words down on scrap paper (If you want to print your words click your group name below:
- Find yourself a partner! It has to be somebody who can read your words - so your pet cannot be your partner!
- Put down your headings/category (top set of words like CVC or Long o, Oddball)
- Your partner will read the word out to you, without you seeing how the word is spelled. Use your ears and figure out under which heading/category the word belongs.
- If you are right, the word stays, if you are wrong, the word goes back into the pile. If your buddy doesn't know the answer, they can check your Words Their Way assignment from last week on Google Classroom
3. Read for at least 20 minutes - Your choice: Raz Kids, Epic, or a book of choice!
4. Lastly: You can start working on your "If You Give a _____ a ______" final copies of your books! Please see the following slide show for your instructions. If you need to listen to me going over the PowerPoint, the link is found below.

If your have not joined us yet, the meet ID is shared right on the Google Classroom homepage (the purple part) - additional instructions and support for this are provided on the How-To page above!
